DIN 929 Hexagon Weld Nuts are six-sided and internally threaded fastener with three triangular welded projections on the top surface of every other corner of the fastener. The Threaded Hole runs through the center and has a pilot for the entire circumference of the opening which experts above the top surface of the DIN 929 weld nuts and above projection. The remainder of the Top Surface is Flat. DIN 929 Weld Nuts are available in different size range for used in different industrial.

Our different types of Brass Electrical Parts are available as per custom requirements and our availability
Following are the Specification of Brass Electrical Parts:
  • Steel 8 Class
  • A2 Stainless Steel
  • A1 Steel
  • Weather Resistant (A2) and Acid-Resistant (A4) Stainless Austenitic Steels.
  • Six-sided, internally threaded fastener with three triangular weldable projections on the top surface of every other corner of the fastener.
  • The Threaded Hole runs through the center and has a pilot for the entire circumference of the opening which extends above the surface of the nut and above the projections.
  • The remainder of the top surface of the nut is flat.
  • Used to connect parts and parts together with bolts or studs, screws of the appropriate size.
  • For fixing and joining units and parts together with bolts, screws in engineering, construction and other industries.
  • To produce weld nuts DIN 929, steel with a carbon content of not more than 25% is used.
  • Welding of the nut is carried out by point condenser or arc welding.
  • A strong and durable welded joint with a thread is created, capable of withstanding high mechanical loads.
  • DIN 929 Hexagon Weld Nuts are used to achieve two ends.
  • The pilot is self-locating so it can be used with an automated feeding mechanism.
  • When the nut is fully tightened, the pilot protects the internal threads from welding residue.
  • Used in engineering, instrumentation and other industrial and manufacturing industries in conjunction with bolts, screws, studs with the appropriate thread size.
