DIN 1587 Hexagon Domed Cap Nuts are milled from the bar with a dome shaped top (similar to shape to an acorn) and a threaded hole at the opposite end. DIN 1587 Hexagon Cap Nuts serve two main purposes as decorative pieces and as covers for projecting threads.
